Critical load-bearing points are additionally reinforced with boron-manganese pins with a hardness of 45 HRC, providing exceptional wear resistance and long service life even under the most demanding working conditions.
Combined with specialized FKL bearing units designed for minimal maintenance, this ensures high reliability and operational safety throughout the entire season. The bearings are further protected with triple sealing and a full metal cover.
The hydraulic system uses Italian components with locking valves that guarantee stability and safety during folding, transport, and operation. The harrow frame is made of S355 structural steel, ensuring high strength and long service life.
Tupanjac harrows are equipped with double rotor rollers with a specialized suspension system that allows extremely precise terrain following and operational stability.
The rollers are connected through a rocker system, enabling each rotor to independently follow micro-irregularities of the soil without lifting or digging the entire machine.
The first rotor, with a larger diameter and serrated profile, aggressively breaks up clods and initiates leveling, while the second rotor, smaller and with a smooth profile, finishes the surface and creates an ideal seedbed.
